Course Outline
Morning
Building on the skills learned during the Full Day Course, we’ll set out in the morning for a longer road run.
Lunch
We’ll stop off for a lunch (included in the price) before returning to the road for the afternoon.
Afternoon
After being on the road throughout the day, we’ll return at about 5pm.
